Welcome to Zephyrhills and Pediatric Partners! It is our hope that you and your family fully enjoy all the beauty and spectacular opportunities that Central Florida has to offer, but should you need medical care for your children we are here to help. 

We are a general pediatrics office with three medical doctors and one nurse practitioner offering care for your children from birth through eighteen. With our extensive network of referral doctors, we can direct your child to any specialists they may need. 

On your first visit, you should bring with you all your child's medical history, shot records, and other information you feel would help us to better care for them. You should try to arrive at our office at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to complete the New Patient Information packet. If you are transferring from another physician, we will ask you to complete an incoming medical records release so we can have a complete account of your child's care. Insurance information is vitally important, so be sure to bring your insurance or Medicaid card with you, as well as a picture identification. Caring for you child may require us to contact you from time to time, so accurate and current addresses and phone numbers are important to have. 

ON YOUR FIRST VISIT WE MUST HAVE A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN PRESENT, so please arrange this in advance. For future visits, your child may be accompanied by a health care surrogate, but we will need to have you complete a release form IN ADVANCE in order to see your child without you present. That includes parents, grandparents, aunts...basically anyone but you.
